Please carefully review the following information prior to purchasing one of our services. Your purchase indicates your agreement to the below terms.


Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

Modification of Terms

At our discretion, Amlode Employment Services may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

Document Design

Some employers use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to analyse and rank all submitted applications. This heavily impacts the percentage of resumes that are accepted or rejected before reaching human eyes. We do our best to increase your ability to pass through the ATS and progress through to a hiring manager.

There are many factors to consider when drafting a document that is ATS compliant. Graphic designed documents with images, certain fonts and excessive formatting will not successfully progress through ATS. Having researched ATS in-depth in conjunction with our hands-on experience in recruitment, we draft our documents with an organised layout and clear visual hierarchy that allows for reader-friendly formatting and a core focus on content development.

Turnaround Times

Our standard service will have your chosen documents back to you within three to five business days from when we receive full payment and all required information specified in your confirmation email. If you need one of our services urgently, please ensure you select our priority service, which is one to two business days.

Our Process

After all required information has been received, we will email through your first draft(s) to review and provide feedback. If you require any changes, additions or omissions of information, we provide up to three sets of revisions for each service. All drafts will be provided in both PDF and .docx formats to the client's provided email address. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have access to Microsoft Word in order to access their documents. Printed copies and/or USBs will not be sent unless by prior arrangement, and incur additional charges.

Client collaboration is essential to ensure reasonable service outcomes. Amlode Employment Services will not be able to meet expectations or obligations if the client is unavailable or unwilling to assist when we request information, ask for clarification or provide further instructions throughout the duration of service provisions. 

Amlode Employment Services reserves the right to cease the provision of services after more than one month of following up with the client - the "no refund" policy still applies. We will not accept unreasonable formats (e.g. photos of handwritten and/or illegible documentation) of professional information.

We offer three sets of revisions for each of our different services. Please note that there is a time limit on reasonably requesting changes to your document(s). From receiving your first draft, we allow one week to request revisions. Subsequent revisions are then allowed one week after the provision of the next draft until you reach the allowed three sets of revisions. Requests outside of this time window or allowance of three sets of revisions incur additional charges if you wish to proceed.


All communication takes place solely via email to ensure there is no room for error or miscommunication. We do not offer phone, zoom or in-person consultations.


In order to complete our services to the best of our ability, we will ask you for personal information such as your full name, contact information and employment information. All information provided by our clients remains confidential and will only be made available to those within Amlode Employment Services for the purposes of carrying our the service you paid for.

Termination, Refund and Cancellation Policies

Amlode Employment Services reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated in any way. As this is a service, not a product, we do not offer refunds unless there are extreme extenuating circumstances, which will be assessed should they arise.

The client acknowledges that by purchasing a service from Amlode Employment Services, fees are for the time invested by our resume writers and are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the wrong package level is purchased. E.g. if an executive purchases one of our entry level packages, or vice versa.

Clients who express dissatisfaction with our services will be required to provide specific reasoning and instructions to how we can remedy this. If dissatisfaction is advised without providing evidence or reasoning so we can resolve it will not be entitled to a refund. We strive to ensure we meet your personal and professional needs while remaining ATS compliant. We will work with our clients to ensure all required changes are made to meet expectations.

Intellectual Property

Our clients acknowledge that all documents developed and provided by Amlode Employment Services remains the intellectual property of Amlode Employment Services and is bound by copyright law. This prevents any client from allowing third parties to use our material or final products without our permission.

We retain all intellectual property rights for design, format and document content provided to you. You have the right to use these documents for the purpose of seeking employment, placement, education or visa applications. You may not use these documents for any other purpose or for any other person. Using our documents for any other person will be considered a breach of our intellectual property rights.

Limit of Liability

Amlode Employment Services will not be held liable for information obtained from a client that is either inaccurate or incorrect in any way. Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client - please verify all details are correct prior to sending them to us. Amlode Employment Services liability is limited to only the completion of work, and assumes no liability after any document developed by us has been sent to the client.

Amlode Employment Services cannot guarantee interviews or job placements as a result of purchasing our services. We have no control over employer opinions, preferences or other applicants. We hold no liability if your application is unsuccessful. As the job market is getting increasingly more competitive, our services will be a great asset in your job search, however we cannot guarantee you will subsequently gain employment.

Amlode Employment Services reserves the right to provide services to applicants who will be applying for the same position.

Amlode Employment Services reserves the right to refuse service to any potential client who demonstrates unprofessional behaviour, conduct or language towards us.
