Our LinkedIn service spans across four different packages:
- Entry Level caters to students, recent graduates and professionals with less than two years of work experience.
- Experienced is our most common package, and caters to those with more than two years of work experience.
- Executive caters to established management or C-Suite clients.
- Government is for anyone applying for a role with local, state or federal government.
You will receive a content and settings update, an assigned writer to work with you throughout the scope of the project and up to three sets of revisions.
We offer a personalised and collaborative approach to LinkedIn optimisation to ensure we meet and exceed your expectations. We do expect our customers to be readily available to communicate and provide information pertinent to the completion of the project.
Please be sure to purchase the correct LinkedIn package, as we have a strict no refund policy.
Do note the following prior to purchase:
- We do not keep back-ups of your existing profile. If you wish to keep any existing content, it is your responsibility to copy this prior to us commencing work.
- We will need your log-in information, and two-factor authentication to be turned off in order to make changes on your behalf. If you are not comfortable providing this, we can instead provide you with a comprehensive word document including step-by-step settings instructions and content for you to copy and paste into each section.
- Before making changes, we update your settings to ensure your network is not notified of each change made to your profile.

LinkedIn Optimisation
Our standard turnaround time is three to five business days from receipt of your required details. If you wish to purchase an express or priority service for a one to two business day turnaround, please be sure to add this at check out.
As this is a service, not a physical product, we do not allow returns or refunds. Please carefully consider whether this product is for you prior to purchasing.
The only instance where we will issue a refund is if you purchased the wrong package level, and have already purchased the correct package in its place. (E.g. if you are an executive, and you purchase the entry level package.)
